2. Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate information, including the correct phone number, email address, and any service-specific account details required for fulfillment.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through supported payment providers such as Paystack. An order is treated as paid only after successful payment verification.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are the current WISETECH selling prices and may change without prior notice. A confirmed order will use the price shown at the time the transaction is created.

5. Delivery and Fulfillment

Digital products are processed after successful payment. Delivery times may vary depending on network availability, supplier systems, service-provider availability, and verification requirements.

6. Premium Subscription Services

WISETECH does not own or control third-party platforms such as Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, DStv, GOtv, or Prime Video. Any subscription fulfillment is subject to the terms and availability of the relevant service provider.

Customers should not provide permanent account passwords unless a third-party provider specifically requires account access through an approved process.

7. Incorrect Customer Details

WISETECH may not be able to reverse a digital product successfully delivered to an incorrect phone number or account identifier supplied by the customer. Customers should carefully confirm all details before payment.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Service Interruptions

WISETECH is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by telecommunications networks, payment providers, hosting services, internet outages, or third-party platforms.

10. Abuse and Fraud

WISETECH may reject, suspend, or cancel orders reasonably suspected to involve fraud, unauthorized payments, abuse, or unlawful activity.

11. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as WISETECH services change. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
